Hello, 

I’m Kalliopi, like the Greek Muse of epic poetry. In ancient myth, Kalliopi was the muse of eloquence and storytelling, the one who inspired voices to rise and tales to be told. I like to think a little of that muse lives in me. I was named after my grandmother — a woman of strength, warmth, and grace — but my friends call me Kellie.

I’m a Pisces: dreamy, passionate, and endlessly curious about the world. I live and breathe music, it’s the rhythm of my soul. Speak a lyric and I’ll likely sing the next line; mention Bon Jovi, and I’m already halfway to a chorus. When I’m not lost in a melody, you’ll find me baking something sweet, planning my next adventure, or most often curled up with a book that’s stolen my heart.

I’m a literary omnivore and story chameleon, delighting in every genre imaginable. I’m the epitome of a mood reader, I’ll have multiple books and series going at once, switching effortlessly between Kindle, paperback, Audible, and ARCs depending on the day and the mood.

My first book boyfriend was Alexander from The Bronze Horseman (of course Henry Cavill was my fan-cast), and Jane Eyre remains my forever love - sixteen editions and counting. Stories aren’t just words on a page; they’re living, breathing worlds where we find pieces of ourselves. They heal, they ignite, they transport, and that’s the kind of magic I’ve always wanted to share.

That passion gave birth to my bookshop, a space where stories, music, and memory intertwine. I adore hosting events that celebrate the brilliant authors who give us those escapes we crave. Every launch, every gathering, is crafted with intention, a moment where readers step inside the world of a story, even if just for an evening. I believe in supporting small businesses, uplifting creatives, and creating experiences that linger long after the lights fade.
